Laura Morton

 President and Founder of 10 Key Solutions

Laura has served in both the public and private sectors of accounting for over 25 years.  Laura is an experienced and dedicated Accountant and Tax Preparer, with an attention for detail, who utilizes her diverse background and experience to provide companies an economical solution to maintaining their much needed financial, tax and payroll information so that they may succeed in this ever changing economic environment.   Currently she is working to expand her knowledge in the areas of Business, Labor Relations and Communications which will allow her to add new areas of service to 10 Key Solutions. 

Laura has received a series of professional designations including:

·        EA – Enrolled Agent

·        ATA – Accredited Tax Advisor

·        ATP – Accredited Tax Preparer

·        CPB – Certified Professional Bookkeeper.

Melanie Jeanfils

 Project Coordinator and Executive Administrator

Melanie came to 10 Key Solutions just over two years ago with the desire “To make the most of your time and mine…” and that she has truly accomplished.  Having a background in managing and running small retail record stores she brought that experience to 10 Key and has become the ‘Gatekeeper’ of the firm.    The initial job description has evolved so many times over the years we have given up trying to describe it other than to say Melanie is all things to 10 Key Solutions….she keeps this place running! 

Tiffany Benton

Virtual Staff Accountant

Tiffany started work with 10 Key Solutions during her senior year of high school (1999) and continued to work through her first two years of college at which point she decided she needed to test the waters in private accounting.  Tiffany’s career path has taken her to Brogdon Consulting, Inc. where she is a Staff Accountant and she founded her own accounting practice, Benton Accounting in 2008.

In 2009 Tiffany returned to 10 Key Solutions as a “virtual staff accountant” to aide in the facilitation of monthly work, meeting again many of the clients she had worked with before.   Tiffany returns to 10 Key Solutions because of the importance of doing things right and the value of each and every client, cultivating a relationship and helping them understand the financial aspects of their businesses.
